Papa Johnny Pizza Hut

Here is a dose for you all. It’s been long since I insulted anyone and currently don’t plan to, only want to share an experience I had last Saturday.

Last week it was planned to have an Aftaar Party at Papa Johns. It took me some effort to convince my father to allow me to a
ttend, as I am also having A level exams alongside University education. I was permitted to go on promise that I’ll return earlier. What they didn’t know was that I was going CLIFTON, not GULSHAN.

Anyw
ay the plan later changed to Pizza Hut, so only the name is enough. They would never find out on their own as to which Pizza Hut I went.

I had to pick Naveed from
Hasan Square at 4:45. Before that I combed my house for my digital camera which was never found. I informed about that to Naveed and he assured that he’ll bring one. I was there on time and waited for a couple of minutes. Then took out my cell and gave a call. On the first bell I saw him trotting on the road coming to my side, fiddling with his pocket. I cut off the call and waited … he never noticed me until there was barely 5 feet distance remained.

I raced the car to Pizza Hut where Ali Rashid was waiting for our arrival. Tahir, Hasan, Ali Abdullah, Mazhar and Umer were also standing outside. In a group we entered and went upstairs where our place was booked. Osman had been there very early so that we all could get place at the time of Aftaar rather than wait for the seats to get empty.

A few classmates were there and by the time the clock hit 6, all 18 attendants had arrived. Boys moved out after breaking their fast for prayers and the girls started massacring pizzas. When we returned, it wasn’t difficult to know that we required new plates. A lot of half eaten pizzas were lying around in different plates. We had to compromise with the situation and started eating.

Naveed rather took it on the heart. He didn’t placed his slices down on any plate and kept them on his palm, but that wasn’t all. He ate with open eyes and mouth that the rest of the girls lost their appetite except Shamayl.

She might look like a Pathan, talk like one and even act like one, but she's definitely not a Pathan. This Luckhnow de kuri is really great to be with when you plan to have tafreeh. She showed better appetite than the rest of the girls, especially when Naveed displayed his special eating style.

This is how we looked like before Aftaar. From left Naveed, Sara, me, Aneela and Ali Rashid. As Umema says, look at our Dead Faces :)

Here is the rest of the gang. Starting from left its Tahir, Umer, Ali Abdullah, Mazhar and Hasan. They ate most handsomely ... three bites a piece and its gone.

The cup from which Billi had been drinking. That is why she was acting weird the rest of the time !!!

After we were through with Pizza Hut, we moved on to
Damascus. Three cars were available for the 18 of us. I drove Coure which had 6 people, Tahir drove his Alto that accomodated about 5 ... rest sat in Ali Abdullah's Land Cruiser.

At Damascus we ordered 4 Sheeshas. Two were mint, one apple and one double apple. Sara and Faiza were pro in Sheesha drinking. Unko to koi masla he nahin tha peenay mein, lagataar dhuwaan choorai jaa rahein thein. Ammara ko problem howee thee thori isliye usse mana kardiya hum nai aur peenay se.

As for me, I prefered to stay away and only inhaled about 4 times. Reason being that including this gathering, I have experianced Sheesha 3 times. The second time I had bad luck. With friends I went to a restaurant and had Cheese rolls, my stomach was full. Then followed it with Damascus's Sheesha. The worst thing happened ... I started to vomit. I vomitted so much that my stomach was practically empty ... the last vomit had pepsi that I drank over the cheese roll. Now even the smell of Sheesha disturbs me so I stayed away.

By 9 we were through with our enjoyment and started to leave for our home. I dropped Naveed at Hasan Square and went back to home. The driving part was also interesting. Only a couple of days ago Coure had its car wash, so it was in fine condition to run. So I torqued it on Shara-e-Faisal and twice I touched the speed of 100 KM. Near FTC I was on 90 when I took the chance of overtaking a car in such a way that a little left would cause accident with the car and little right would smash us in the road divider (the greener part between two roads). At that precise moment my cell phone vibrated and we went a little right. We were very close to hitting the side road and somehow I managed to dodge the edge by slowing down and taking a fast left drift.

I gave the cell phone to Naveed and he announced "Missed call from Saba". I thanked Allah that we survived because at this speed if we would have touched any thing in the route, the accident woud have been really severe. I dropped Naveed at Hasan square and went home where my father took my class for late coming :) It wasn't bad, especially nothing when compared with the fun I had.
